2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. If you live in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:
1. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. You can track your package via the courier’s website.

Packaging

All toys are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items are packed with extra care.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:
1. Natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays
2. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If your package is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:
1. We will contact you to reship (additional charges may apply)
2. Or offer a refund minus the shipping fee
