"I remember watching my five-year-old niece’s eyes absolutely shine when she opened this simple wooden puzzle I'd found at a local craft fair," he recalls. "It wasn't flashy or electronic, but it was solid, thoughtfully designed, and kept her engaged for hours. That's when it hit me – kids don't need the flashiest toys to have the most fun.
