At ToyNexis.pk, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, reliable, and enjoyable shopping experience. While we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, we understand that there may be rare instances where you need to request a refund.
We accept refund requests within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund:
Please contact our customer support team at 0326 2299995 or email us at info@toynexis.pk with your order details and reason for the refund.
Once we receive your request, our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Important Notes:
1. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
3. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
4. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be refunded:
Opened or used toys.
Baby feeding accessories, teethers, pacifiers, grooming kits, and bath items.
Soft toys once the seal is broken.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Clearance, sale, or “final sale” products.
